It’s been a few weeks since I’ve written my most recent blog post about my omega 3 fatty acid supplements on March 6, and I haven’t yet gotten to my next supplement discussion (B vitamins), but since it’s been a few weeks I wanted to at least update you on #Project135 – my weight is down a hair over the past month:
 
week 0 (Jan 1, 2022): 164.4 lbs
week 1: 162.2
week 2: 160.8
week 3: 159.2
week 4: 159.4
week 5: 156.4
week 6: 157.2
week 7 (after FMD): 153.4
week 8: 154.4
week 9: 155.4
week 13: 153.8
 
Total weight loss: 10.6 lbs (6.4%)
Hope you are well and I’ll post again in the next few weeks after I am done being on the inpatient service at work again!
